Ronou Hinta

RONOU Hinta (ROH-noh IHN-tah), a 16-year-old Wind Mage, notably has navy blue eyes, cornflower blonde hair (very important! He doesn't consider himself like "other blondes"!), and vertical impairment (with his height at 5'5"). He is a full-blooded Human, is right-handed, and has an "O+" blood type (when will that information ever come in handy?). His birthday is 10 Falda (February 10th), and he loves getting presents, especially sweet cakes baked by his best friend, Mune. He usually fights with rods controlling the Wind, though daggers are in order for certain purposes. Orange is his favorite color, so if you get him anything next Falda, make it orange!

He has spent all his life growing up within Clayden. He lived a very simple life and grew up with Mune, raised by her parents as well as Saihu. For most of his life, he has been trained by Saihu and Mune's father for survival outside of the village—for he is the youngest and most able boy in the village (not to mention the most willing: "Me, me, I wanna save the world!!!"). Thus, the day after his 16th birthday, he was set to enter the Wild and acquire the things necessary to meet with the Senshuu.

He can be lazy and sometimes gets confused easily. Despite this, he willingly took on the task of protecting his village and meeting the Senshuu. He takes to ideas like a fish to water and sees through his schemes to their ends, even if they fail. He is loyal and determined, never betraying his friends, and usually finishes whatever he starts (though he may complain along the way). He also love life and having fun, and his fun-loving spirit may sometimes get in the way of his more serious goals, but he always manages to pull out of a tight spot (with some help from Mune). Quitting is never an option—and even if it were, Mune wouldn't let him.

He was born under "No Moon" - the New Moon, meaning he has no elemental predisposition for Water or Wind, making his Mage training for Wind even more difficult (even despite his feeling "drawn" towards Wind).
He also has a pet Yachoi named Lyss - very young, only recently de-horned.

Ronou's Mage-Mark

Most Mages choose bold-colored, complicated face marks to flaunt their choice of path. Ronou chose a simple pink diamond placed upon the bridge of his nose because it was "new" and "different".

Ronou's Fountain Ponytail

When Ronou's hair finally grew out enough to be tied up, he did so, but in the oddest way possible. His reasoning? He wanted to seem taller than Mune. It didn't work.

Ronou's Outfit

Ronou's favorite color may be orange, but he couldn't very well run around in a bright orange outfit, so he chose the next best thing—dark burgundy. It looks good on him, most say. Some mistake him for a Fire Mage, except his face doesn't have the looks of one.

He's really not as dumb as he seems, though he isn't particularly sharp-witted either. He gets ahead of himself, which is why he has Mune. I love him for how varied he can be—his emotions fluctuate with the greatest extremity. His face is just so fun to manipulate. He's a real sensitive guy.
Fun Facts: Ronou is actually a little dyslexic, which makes it that much more difficult for him to read. He knows how to well enough, but he doesn't like to. He gets very impatient about it.
